How long does it take to get my order? 

Orders normally arrive between 14-35 days.  During the holidays, orders can take longer.  You will receive an email when items have been shipped and a tracking number if your shipping method allows tracking.

What happens if my package gets lost? 

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

What if I want to return my product? 

You can return products up to 30 days after ordering. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What if my product is broken or the wrong size? 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at We do not exchange products that are the wrong size. Please check the size guide to make sure your item is the right size before purchasing. 

How do I apply a promo code to my order? 

At Checkout, simply type the code into the box that says “Discount code.” Then, click the button that says “Apply.” All promotion codes can only be used once.

What is the cost of shipping? 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $30 inside the United States. For orders under $30 or outside of the U.S., shipping will be calculated at check-out. For most products, you can choose between Standard or Expedited shipping options. 

Do you charge sales tax? 

We charge sales tax for items shipped to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.
